wflipper.com is an online marketplace created to enable the buying and selling of digital assets. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

Key Definitions:

  • “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to wflipper.com and its operators.

  • “You” and “Your” refer to the user of our platform, whether as a buyer, seller, or visitor.

  • “Digital Assets” refer to digital products or services available for purchase or sale on our platform.

Use of the Service

By using wflipper.com, you agree to:

  • Use the platform strictly for lawful purposes.

  • Refrain from engaging in any activity that infringes upon the rights of others.

  • Avoid using the platform to harass, defraud, deceive, or cause harm to others.

1. Direct Payments Disclaimer

If a buyer chooses to make a payment directly to the seller outside of wflipper.com, the platform is not liable for any fraud, disputes, or financial losses arising from such transactions.

2. Role as Mediator

wflipper.com serves as a neutral mediator between buyers and sellers. Payments will be released to the seller only after the successful completion of the deal. Buyers are not eligible for refunds once a transaction is finalized.

3. Buyer Responsibility 

  • Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all aspects of the digital property they intend to purchase.
  • Once the buyer confirms that the digital property has no issues and gives approval to release the payment to the seller, the payment will be processed.
  • After this confirmation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • wflipper.com is not responsible for any problems discovered after the payment has been released.

4. Seller Responsibility 

  • You must provide complete, accurate, and honest descriptions of the digital assets you list for sale.

  • Upon confirmation of payment, you agree to deliver the digital assets to the buyer promptly and in full as described.

  • You are responsible for setting your own pricing. Any disputes regarding the quality, functionality, or delivery of the digital assets must be resolved directly between you and the buyer.

5. Marketplace Disclaimer

wflipper.com is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. If any issues arise with a purchased website after the transaction, wflipper.com shall not be held accountable.

6. Seller Payment Security Hold

50% of the seller’s payment will be held for 10 days for security reasons, as Google take up to 8 days to update the associated Gmail account’s mobile number.

7. Payment Timeline

Payments to sellers are generally processed within 1 hour, but may take up to 48 hours. A 10% success fee will be deducted from the final payment.

8. Policy Updates

wflipper.com reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

9. Transaction and Refund Policy

A. Seller Timeframe

Sellers are required to provide all necessary details to the buyer within 24 hours of purchase. Failure to do so grants the buyer the right to request a refund.

B. Issue Handling

If the seller provides the required details but issues such as domain transfer failure or a locked Gmail account arise, the buyer is expected to cooperate and allow time for resolution.

D. Refund Request Guidelines

Refunds must follow the conditions outlined above. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using wflipper.com, all users agree to these terms and confirm that they have read and understood the conditions of participation and transaction.

11. Communication and Delays

  • WhatsApp Availability: While we strive to offer timely support, we may not always be immediately available. Please allow us some time to respond.

  • Payment Delays: At times, payment processing or transaction finalization may take longer than expected. We are committed to resolving all such issues as efficiently as possible.

  • Response Expectations: We kindly request that users be patient and allow us to respond to queries in the order they are received.
